# ALL IN A GOOD DAY OR “THREE” DAYS’ WORK,

I don’t know what it is today. I am tired. If I take a nap, I will wake up tired…
still. It’s 4:20 in the afternoon here. If I take a nap now, I won’t sleep tonight.
My husband is non-stop talking. Maybe I think he is, but he isn’t really. Anyway,
today has been frustrating overall. I need a distraction.

Control Freak. Those were the two words that triggered me this morning. My son puts
products or food items on our kitchen table if he decides not to use them. I am 
cleaning the floor around the table when I notice there is a bottle of Control Freak
hair product. Immediately, I ask myself, “Am I a control freak”? Which makes my 
day more doubtful about myself. I didn’t have a panic attack. Depression was on 
the list, though. As I said, I need a distraction.

Further into the day, I was blessed to have a few laughs. My cat, for example. Tux
was scared when the guy was here to do the annual HVAC inspection. He crouched, 
tiptoed, and hid while the inspector did what he came to do. I reassured Tux he 
was ok. Bless his heart. It can be scary to trust people at times.

*****Update: 2 days later

I slept well last night. Spent time with my mom today.

It seems like I try to post every day, and somehow I don’t finish my post. Here 
it is Wednesday.
