> What activities do you lose yourself in?

I had dreams about terrible tornadoes last night. Awful. Even still, I woke up this
morning in spite of the chaos. This reminds me of how I need to be calm and deal
with the storms around me. Including people. Mark my words. I will handle myself
before I handle others.

Today, I choose to lose myself in my writing.

I choose to lose myself in music.

I choose to lose myself in T.V.

I choose to lose myself in what I need to handle.

I choose to fix myself first…

All this starts with coffee. ☕️
