My attempt as a TBI survivor is to keep on going in spite of wanting to or not.

My favorite exercise currently is going up and down my front porch steps but sideways.…
and with the support of a railing. Life has been different. It’s just been different
since my TbI in 1992.

 A.whole.new.world for me.
