“JUST”

 Susan listened to her patient, Elizabeth as she poured out her honest feelings.

Susan: what do you do to cope when you feel like this?

Elizabeth: I write.

 “To be raw, I feel I am a waste of time.”

Susan: Can you write about the sound that a sigh makes? Write it and then read it
to me.

Elizabeth: sure!

A SOUND A SIGH MAKES

Just breathe life won’t always be hard like this

Some days are bad, they don’t go well

Some days are good, it’s a hit-or-miss

There are no rules when being creative

There is no rhythm to this

Distraction is the clue

The clue of a way to cope

From a life that always seems blue and so short

A life so short.. so short of hope.
