This is what I say when anything bothers me. Shake it off! Or be like a duck and
let it roll off of your back like water does off theirs. Let it go. Like Mel Robbins
says, “Let them.” Okay, so maybe I need to work on this. I need to relax and breathe
more. I need to be ok with me more.

When my son, Zach, was younger, this was him. He was like this girl in the grocery
store. Always dancing. He is always happy for the most part. He is a teenager now,
so he doesn’t dance in the grocery store. If we go to our favorite restaurant, I
can see the “dancing kid in the grocery store” in his eyes. It’s also cool that
he likes 80s – 90s music. Those were my teenage years. I love to see my son being
a good human, liking my kind of music. I just want to hug on him at the moment and
say, “You’re  so cool, You’re so cool, You’re so cool!” I control myself. I don’t
make that a big deal, though…Cuz he’s a teenager…haha!

Until Next Time,

Heidi💜
