> What fears have you overcome and how?

I am not sure that I have overcome any fears. Life has taught me that I have no 
choice but to move in fear anyway. Faith over Fear. Nevertheless, I do get frustrated
with myself quite a bit. Honestly, it’s easy to act frustrated with others when 
in fact my frustration is internal. I have to catch myself. It is important to treat
others kindly. Equally, I realize treating myself kindly is just as important. Despite
my fears, I move on.

P.S. None of my blog posts are meant to be about me solely.  I write to cope with
life.
