Many times in life, lumps of coal are all we receive, no matter how hard we try
to make things better.

Our challenges are as flexible as you’d like them to be. Interpret them in a way
that suits you — words, Pictures, Poetry, or Rhyme.

_“The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent
are full of doubt.**” **_**— Bertrand Russell.**

I will never forget how I spent my 20’s, 30’s, and even my early forties trying
to become stronger. I focused on self-improvement during those years. To be exact,
till about 43 years old. Exercise was almost like a religion. Just saying my workouts
were vital as a daily occurrence for me. Until it became too much on my already
poor health. Honestly, thinking about my traumatic brain injury (TBI) makes me feel
very sick. I do not want to focus on it more than necessary. The thing is nothing
will change about it. I will always have that injury. No matter what. It doesn’t
matter how many weights I lift to get stronger, how many calories I burn to lose
weight. My point is in spite of the effort you put into some things; those things
at times won’t change. But dealing with a particular issue can motivate you to at
least put in some effort to try to improve. That is what makes the difference.

I found this on an internet search and thought I would share it here:[https://quotestogetwiser.com/boss-up-quotes/](https://quotestogetwiser.com/boss-up-quotes/)

Please don’t be so hard on yourself the next time you put in effort. For the love
of Jesus above, please do put in the effort anyway.

life isn’t over yet. Until Next Time,

Heidi💜

P.S. Here is where the word presumption comes in…
