There is a saying that says, “there is a time for everything”. Okay, well, that’s fine and dandy until “everything” is not smooth. The day is filled with obnoxious thoughts. words to other people, cunning remarks, and prideful self-loathing, who wants to deal with someone like that? Get away from me, right? Here’s the thing, we all get like that. Some days I worry about the opinion of others. I get frustrated with people and their personalities. Then I think…well people put up with my unique personality too. At the end of the day telling someone you love them is the thing to do. I think it is anyway. On tough days, I want to give hope and compassion. Offer love and appreciation. Show affection and value that comes only from God. Have a faith that is bold. Most importantly stand up for what is right. Defend those that need help. Because one more “thing” will make life more fragile. Life is already broken, and we are just existing. We get to choose how we exist.
