How to sum up my week with one word… that’s a good question. I feel as if my weeks are nothing but routine these days. I only break this routine if I have a doctor’s appointment. Another reason is any event that requires me to step outside of these four walls. I don’t deal well with change. In fact, routines remind me to crawl out of bed with a purpose.
Some of you already know me. Others do not, so I will introduce myself. My name is Heidi. I am 51 years old. I live on the family farm. Cats, reading, music, and writing on my blog are my main coping skills. Especially, I love answering prompts hosted by my friends. At 17 1/2 I sustained a traumatic brain injury. Let me tell you that healing is still going on. Once my brain was damaged, my whole world changed. I went through a transformation. I use my daily routines to remind me to crawl out of bed with a purpose. So maybe my #WotW will be routine. I have a husband who had a stroke in 2022. I am his caregiver. My son turned 19 on the 22nd this month (March). I will tell you more about myself in future posts. For now, I will close with this quote:

Until Next Time,
Heidi💜
