How do you waste the most time every day?

I waste the most time every day. I think I should be more. I should do more. I also ponder if I should have been more in the past. It’s cliche to say I don’t feel enough, but I don’t. Still, life goes on.
I let people decide my worthiness. Others have control of my confidence in myself. It’s madness. I drive myself crazy. I am learning that these people are just like me. Human. Flawed.
So, I spend the most time every day distracting myself. Distracting myself from unworthiness. I plain don’t care who thinks negative of me. But, I am making sure that I like me.
Time is running out. I waste time the most.
