• “To love someone is nothing, to be loved by someone is something, to love someone who loves you is everything.” — Timothy Keller A-Z QuotesA-Z Quotes

When I attempt to answer this prompt, Thursday Inspiration #327 Love Is Like Oxygen – A Unique Title For Me, Wuthering Heights is the first book, movie/story that I think of.

My normal readers know I have mentioned this story once before. I didn't read it in high school, so I had no idea the story was this intense.
Wow a classic for sure.

Talking about high school many moons ago, my mom encouraged me to put my clothes out the night before school. Mornings were easier for me that way. Life Lessons–A successful day begins the night before. – Salted Caramel. I am reminded of a recurring dream of mine. I am in high school, getting ready for the school day. Thank God school is just a dream these days.

Now, for a little about me. I will participate in Kymber's- Get to Know You, Prompt Join the Fun: Get to Know You Questions and Answers

Now we change the subject,

On another note, check out these blooms from My Crape Myrtle Bush. The bush has stopped producing, for the most part, but there are a few places that still bloom pretty for me. This is just the highlight. 😉

*I was thinking about #3 in Kymber's Get to know You. Dating would not be cool anymore.

*Another thing I'm thankful for is being settled these days. This brings me to this quote:

The quote was given to us by a creation called Sorrow by Thru Violet's Lentz, and in this post, she asks us to use it in our own creation. Here is mine,

There once was a boy who ought,

no rhythm or rhyme he sought.

He said he would change

they thought he was strange

good did not give him a thought

*Change is for your better self.

Can You Tell A Story In… – Esther Chilton,

RDP Thursday! Novels!

*The story of this novel was his best creation...

Her mood would REPEL any other person, but Jack had a READINESS for her presence at any time. Her mood was depressed. Jack could sense her, indeed. The concourse of travelers waiting there on that dark, foggy, and mysterious night all had suitcases in tow. Some travelers looked happy, while others looked distracted and tired. Yet, they all had places to go. Still out of all the crowd, he sensed her. Cierra was the one. Standing there looking at the watch on her wrist, one could tell she was on a schedule. Speaking of her watch, the flagship of the company, her daddy's company was selling fast these days. So fast that manufacturers were not producing enough to meet the demand. The company was headed for decline, she thought. Little did Cierra know that Jack the reaper was going to change her mood from depression to happiness.

He had a plan. For the rest of her life, he would offer her a life of no regrets. Jack contemplated his strategy. The farmer had a gift. All he needed to do was convince her to believe him. He would do that through magic.

that I take a lot of patience... I might do things the wrong way, but I will learn my own way.

3. Which everyday annoyance best captures your overall personality vibe?

Staying in the Moment – Tranquil Thursday #25

  1. How successful are you at staying in the moment? I try to work on it. Since my TBI, it's been harder to focus after 30+ years of working on it.
  2. Are you a “scroller” on Social Media? If so, does it relax you or worry you? Neither do I like politics or posts about it. However, I love funny or inspirational memes.
  3. Do you worry about the state of the world? I feel like the digital world is going too far. Talking to an AI-generated "person" instead of an "actual person" confuses me when I ask for customer service. I also think robots are a bit much for performing surgery.
  4. Having a positive outlook to share with your children or grandchildren about their future is important. What uplifting thing can you share with the next generation about the world they will inherit? When you take care of the Earth, the Earth will take care of you. Also, believe in something greater than you.
  5. What tools do you use to enjoy the now? I enjoy listening to music, so I have a Bluetooth speaker.
  6. Do you know someone who cannot stay still long enough to have a conversation? What advice would you give them about the value of this exact moment? I have a feeling that it's me who cannot stay still long enough to have a conversation. I am a busy girl with things to do. The value of a moment is crucial. Once the moment is gone, it's not coming back.

All of the above sounds like a plan! But read about a guy who might take a chance- “I have a tender spot in my heart for cripples and bastards and broken things.”― George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones

Curtis, the hopeful beta male kid, found a red door in the forest. This door held many secrets. One thing that he could earn was his strength if he crossed through it. But there was one stipulation. The kitty on the other side would distract him by asking Curtis to eat some of his kibble while the cat played his violin. "Are you SQUEAMISH?", kitty says. "I don't like cat food. I would feel like a mannequin on a TIGHTROPE", the fragile boy says. Yet, Curtis was motivated to be strong. He donned his GOTHIC attire; the cat recommended and inserted his software CD into his laptop to play some 80's tunes. Excited to enter now, He hoped for some strength when he reached the other side.

Two years later,

Curtis never returned home. For two years, his parents searched the forest from east to west. I wonder what happened to Curtis? Word of the Day Challenge, Can You Tell A Story In… – Esther Chilton

*** I am thankful my life is simple, although a portal that led to good things might be ok.

Also, I am thankful for a nice day outside, a few new prompts, and a reason to take pictures out on a walk around my yard. Exercise is good. Here are some things I found around the house and outside, too! "Red Things" Thankful Thursday Blog Hop: A Nice Bit of Happy – Brian's Home ~ Forever
