Soon parts of me would come together like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
Yet completely unaware of how a change was even possible at this time.
This sign, that I found lying on the beach is an answer, a gift of a new hope.
A glowing bottle can contain a message with all the answers to my questions of the past thirty plus years.
I ran down the sand dune to grab the bottle.
I popped the cork to find a message on a scroll- like paper and read the words in desperation…
Today the ocean water was calm while a flock of seagulls fly overhead.
Yet, my story begins with my parents being captured as missionaries by an uninhabited tribe.
This happened in the country where I now live, thirty miles away, thirty plus years ago.
My father wrote a message in a bottle.
It started with these seven words of hope: Only things created by God can heal.
How was he to know that I would find the bottle years later?

You as well. Sandee. I love keeping up with you. Bless you
My hope is hanging on!
I hope the ink is waterproof…
Oh, this is going to be good…
Violet- I find myself saying the same thing-just hang on. Misky- yes, because that is my luck too-the ink better be waterproof. Chris- I hope so too-maybe we should all join in on this story so we can give our two cents. 🤔❤️
May it be good news!
I hope so too
I hope the message contained the answer she needed.
Me too, Frank
