He can picture the days of his youth spent on the boat, in the water, catching fish with his dad.
After he and his dad threw the net, they would share a tin can of sardines, crackers, and grab a Coke that had been cooling in the cooler.
Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd was playing on the radio, and of course, he was unaware of the memories he was making with his dad at the time.
His dad would yell, “Help!” when the fishing net, draped over the boat’s middle, pulled and tugged, and they caught fish.
